This is quite simple recipe and a healthy dish bake in tray
with garam masala, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste. Not giving many gyan let’s
get down to the ingredients and method.
Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks (8 pieces)

Olive oil (3 tbsp)
·
Ginger and garlic paste (1 tbsp)
·
Garam masala (1 tbsp)
·
Turmeric (1 tbsp)
·
150ml pot natural yogurt
·
500g new potatoes
·
4 large tomatoes chopped roughly
·
1 red red onion, finely chopped
·
Small pack coriander, roughly chopped
Direction
to cook
In a large bowl put the chicken drumsticks along with 1
tbsp oil, garlic ginger paste, garam masala and 2 tbsp yoghurt. Until it is
coated mix with your hands together. Let it marinate for half an hour. Heat the
oven to 180c/160c fan/gas.
Put the
potatoes in a large roasting tin with the remaining oil and plenty of
seasoning. Add the chicken drumsticks and bake for 40-45 mins until cooked and
golden.
Scatter
the tomatoes, onion, coriander and some seasoning over the chicken and
potatoes, with the remaining yogurt served on the side.
