Every individual may have a different style of preparing this dish, and Garlic Chicken is no different. I use the skinless, boneless chicken (the breast fillets) to prepare with butter and garlic of course. So sumptuous it is, that I cannot wait to write the directions.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (Chicken breast fillets)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius
- In a saucepan melt the butter with garlic.
- Dip the chicken pieces in butter/garlic sauce, and let off the extra drip, then coat completely with bread crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. Any leftover butter/garlic sauce, combine with bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
