Garlic Chicken

Every individual may have a different style of preparing this dish, and Garlic Chicken is no different. I use the skinless, boneless chicken (the breast fillets) to prepare with butter and garlic of course. So sumptuous it is, that I cannot wait to write the directions.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (Chicken breast fillets)
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. 6 cloves crushed garlic
  4. 2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs



Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius
  2. In a saucepan melt the butter with garlic.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in butter/garlic sauce, and let off the extra drip, then coat completely with bread crumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. Any leftover butter/garlic sauce, combine with bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
